Payment Terms:

All prices listed are in USD. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.

 

Shipping Policy:

Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped as soon as product becomes available. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Orders are processed under the assumption that they will be shipped complete, although backorders may occur and will be shipped as soon as possible. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a complete shipping address. Please note that the shipping charges listed on our website are estimates, and we will notify you if the actual charges exceed the estimate. International orders are subject to customs duty, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the shipping estimates and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damage Claims:

Although rare, it is possible for a package to be damaged or lost during shipping. If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and then call AEGIS Customer Service at (406) 628-8231.

 

Returns:

We accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including packages that are refused by the customer due to unanticipated import duties, taxes, and/or fees. Please call AEGIS Customer Service at (406) 628-8231 for authorization before returning goods. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns that are not due to a defect. The purchase price will be credited to your credit card.
