We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, PayPal and PayPal Credit.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 24 hours. We prepay and add freight to your invoice. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. Backorders do occur and are shipped as received. UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, “Common Carrier” will be used. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers. Please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery.  Shipping charges on our website are estimates.  We will contact you if the actual charges exceed the estimate. Customs duty, taxes and fees on international orders are not included in the shipping estimates and the responsibility of the customer.

Damage Claims

On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in shipping. If a shipment arrives damaged, please notify the carrier. Then, call AEGIS Customer Service at 1-888-247-6000. Customers in Alaska & Hawaii, and International Customers: please call AEGIS Customer Service at 1-608-274-9254.


Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including when packages are refused by the customer due to unanticipated import duties, taxes and/or fees. If the return is for any reason other than defect, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The purchase price will be credited to your credit card, or in the case of payment by check, a refund check will be issued.
