Payment Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We allow ten days for checks or money orders to clear before processing an order. C.O.D. payments accepted on approved UPS shipments.
Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 24 hours. We prepay and add freight to your invoice. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. Backorders do occur, and are shipped as received. UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, “Common Carrier” will be used. UPS cannot deliver to P. O. Box numbers. Please provide complete street address for prompt delivery. Damage Claims
On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in shipping. If a shipment arrives damaged, please notify the carrier. Then, call AEGIS® Customer Service at 1-888-247-6000. Customers in Alaska & Hawaii, and International Customers: please call AEGIS® Customer Service at 1-608-274-9254.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is for any reason other than defect, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Purchase price will be credited to your credit card, or, in the case of payment by check, a refund check will be issued.
