This is a specially formulated cleaning agent by Equalizer designed to clean urethane and butyl out of sheaths. For best results, remove the sheath and let it soak overnight in this cleaner. If you use your cut out tool a lot, conserve sheath cleaner by purchasing a sheath cleaning container.
